Should I have had my flywheel balanced?

My car shakes bad above 90mph in 4th, 5th and 6th gears and in between shifting. At first I was thinking transmission or driveline/ rear end but i saw a post about a guys flywheel with similar problems. I had the flywheel in my sig installed straight out of the box with my Spec stage 2 because SPEC said it was "zero" balanced. Could this be the problem?

The LT1 rotating assembly requires an externally balanced flywheel. Your engine should be vibrating badly at all rpms if you have a neutrally balanced flywheel.
