short shift

whats up guys im looking to get a short shift in my 96 z28 where is the best place and which one to get thanks

"Lou's short stick" is essentially just that. a short stick. the shifter is what bolts to the transmission, and the stick is a separate piece that bolts to the shifter. lou's short stick is shorter than the stock piece, but its more of a generic term now used to describe it because you can get them in quite a few places other than, well...Lou. I bought one off of ebay. It will give you a slightly shorter throw

this is how my shifter sits if it gives you any idea.
