I've put my 97 lt1 and 4l60e into my 92 s10. I have a 95 obd1 computer w/lt1 edit. My problem: 1) vss code -why am I getting this? The circuit is good 2) trans stays in 2nd all the time. I finally got it into 1st by manually shifting it and connecting the gear selector switch on the shifter to the computer. It won't shift into 3rd or 4th. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Any ideas? I'm at a stalemate.
