ok heres the info 95 z28 i bought the car for a little less than 4 gs w/ a slipping trans got the trans rebuilt in the car but it won't shift until it gets about 4 to 500 rpms into the redline at WOT is this a common problem or something unique any help would be appreciated also this is a automatic obviously any help would be appreciated

 

When I had my 94Z with an A4, it always shifted right at redline under WOT.

If you plan on getting custom programming, you may be able to have the shift point adjusted.
