It's the b&m shift kit forcing your 4l60e shift at redline. Turned mine to french toast twice. The camaro servos aren't strong enough to shift at that rpm or psi, also the ball valves tend to get stuck at wot. Have it rebuilt with corvette servos, while you still have reusable parts. They fail because of heat, so add an oil cooler w/ fan or you'll keep replacing trans'. This is the first sign of the trans going out, you're z may not give you another warning before you're driving around in first or calling for a tow.

the b&m kit was on the car when I got it and its never slipped once in over a year, now its all of the sudden slipping like crazy. Fluid looks fine but smells a little funny, I also unplugged my vss connector and it had oil inside of it??

yeah change all the plates and seals, clean her up real good and r2 any broken hard parts... if you wait too long you might end up r2 alot of hard parts.
did it throw any trans codes before the slipping began?
