removing my 99 6 speed?

I just bought this car. My old 95 had a different set-up for the slave cylinder/ clutch fork/ throwout bearing. This 99 appears to have a hyd. throwout bearing. Can I remove the trans without pulling the bellhousing? How do you deal with the hyd. line for the throwout bearing?
