Reasonable Gear/Posi intall price??

What should i expect to pay to have a gear and posi installed in my 10 bolt? I just want to get a ballpark figure and shop around from there.

Also are Torque Converters hard to install? I hear the hard part is having a jack and being able to get the trans out of the car. There is no tolerances you have to measure correct? Just fill it up with fluid and slap it in?

Thanks guys
