Unhappy Rearend noise

I have a 1995 Z28 camaro and the posi unit went out so I installed an aftermarket unit then put in Richmond 3:73 gears. The problem is in the rear end when i turn sharp goin slow it sounds like the springs are twisting kind of its not jurking the wheels or the whole car its just a very nasty sound almost like a binding sound. This was after the rear end was taken out and reinstalled. It doesn't sound like the unit is goin out because that was a clicking noise. I just cant figure it out.

yes the additive was added but i think the posi unit is goin out again the tires are starting to jerk back and forth now. The new unit only has about 1000 miles on it. I think i am going to have to buy a new unit. Well the stock unit went out then I put in Richmond 3:73 gears and the new aulburn posi unit. It was set up at a Speed shop. It was making noises about 700 miles after it was installed and then I put it on the lift and drained the rear end fluid to check the gears and then filled it back up with non-synthetic rear end fluid and the additive. After I got it home i noticed it started to make more noise and then the rear tires started to jerk when turning sharp. Would changing the rearend fluid do it?
