Rearend ?

If i bought a posi unit with ring and pinion, Can i just take my bad one out and put the new one in? can this be done with basic tools, or should i have some do it. My 94z Rearend just went BOOM.

If you don't have it done by someone who knows what they are doing and uses the proper tools it will whine like a bastard.
