rear end swap, 93 to a 95

rear end swap, 93 to a 95

both have abs and rear disc brakes, is there something im missing or would ths be a simple swap? i just want some opinions before i try to do this. both are v8 lt1 cars,both not equipped with traction control.

If they are both ABS and non-TCS it will be a direct swap. Only thing that might be different is the gear ratio. A 93 V8 Was either 2.73 or 3.23 a 95 V8 is either 2.73 or 3.23 if it was an auto or 3.42 if it was a stick.

he had 3.73s put in his car, and since he dosent drive it anymore hes going to exchange rear ends with me so i wont have to buy new gears and have them installed.
