rear end rebuild/refresh?

Im picking up a rear end from my buddy for cheap, and Id like to rebuild it to put in my car. I want to just pull out my stock axle (before it explodes) and put this other one in it. I wondering if anyone has a guide to rebuilding a ten bolt, or a list of things I should replace. Supposedly the stock 3.42 gears are fine and i plan on leaving them. the posi is also good. the axles are worn pretty bad. Its also got a T/A cover. what im looking for are things like bearings and seals. I dont know much about them but i want this to be a fresh and solid 10 bolt. Id like to do everything myself, even if the gears need replacement. thanks in advance

As a side note my current 10 bolt has a pretty good ammount of play in it, so i think its gonna check out on me fairly soon considering my car chirps fourth pretty consistently.
