Rear End question

Ok so I posted awhile back ago saying that I thought my Posi was going out. Well I think it is. Yesturday at the track I would be doing a burnout and only my right tire was spinning. Then when leaving the line I would hook with both tires then my right tire would start spinning really bad.

I have heard that you CANNOT rebuild the stock posi units. But yet a few of my friends who have done lots of work on F body's say that you can rebuild them.

I am about ready to put some 3.90's in the car and was going to rebuild the Posi if I can. If not, I am really considering just selling the 3.90's and putting the money into suspension parts then when the stock rear does go, to just get a 12 bolt instead of wasting my time and money on the 10 bolt. What do you guys think would be the best route for me to take?

With an m6 I'd say buy a real rearend, instead of sinking money into a lost cause.
