Unhappy rear end going soon?

I recently had a SPec stage 3 clutch and NX wet kit installed on my 02 m6 trans am and this is now 3 weeks later. I started to get some chatter from the rear end at low rpm's in the higher gears.

What is weird at WOT i get no chatter from the rear whatsoever but if im on the highway in overdrive and i try to accelerate in 6th gear i get a chatter/vibration from the rear and it doesnt kick into gear right away same goes for the rest of the gears except 1st unless i bog it off the line.

any speculation at all is it my rear end going out the door or is it maybe the clutch? any help would be greatly apprectiated

im gonna have to rip out my nitrous kit if the rear going out and take it into the dealer for warranty work

Ok now im thinking that maybe it is the clutch not engaging/disengaging all the way

i tried to launch it today and i got the chatter/vibration a little bit and then the tires broke loose after that and went through the gears fine then at WOT

gonna have my buddy take a look at it in an hour or so see if he can pin point what is wrong
