Re: Rear end gear question

I'm very pleased with my Motive 4.10 gears. I got the gears and installation kit over at LS1speed.com

This is what im going to buy for my car, plus the Soild pinion spacer which is another 18$. I think thats a hell of a deal they have going on the gears. If you add all the items included in the package, its over 500$

just a thought. Im also going with 4:10's myself.
What kind of trans do you have? Auto or 4:10's

I have a M6. I wouldn't even be thinking about getting 4.10s if I had a auto. With the gas prices up now it would be a bad choice for a somewhat of a daily driver.

I have 4.10s in my A4 car and honestly around town I have not noticed any change in gas mileage. I Don't drive on the highway very much but I would assume a little loss in mileage there.
