If I have a rear end with drum brakes and i want to swap them and put disc brakes on, Is it possible????

what i think he was trying to say is if he bought a rear end that came out of a 95v6 (eaton posi with richmond 3:73) that had drum brakes will he be able to bolt his factory rear disk brakes from his 94z28 on to the rear end?
