Ok i have alot of probelms with my car. So please answer my question as thorough as possible and leave all sarcastic comments out. My car grinds and reversing and i called the guy who sold me the car and told me that i needed to change the axles since i got my gears changed to 3:73. Is this correct?

I didn't change axles when i went with 3.73 gears

^ What could be causing the grinding? It just started too. I drove about 25 miles and all of a sudden i heard grinding and popping noises. I just had my tranny rebuilt too.

 

You are going to have to further isolate the noise.
