Rear Axle Posi 2-3 series

I currently have a 2 series carrier (2.73) gears, If get the whole posi unit
(3 series 4.10) , gears etc will this all work with the axles from the stock 2 series?

yes as long as the spline count is the same. should be 28 spline.
