power steering problem

A Rustang came out of nowhere and smacked my Z in the drivers side. I replaced the steering knuckle after he broke mine 3 inches from the upper control arm. I had Body damage as well; but only the Plastic panel. My question is Whenever I turn the wheel in either direction it locks up and I struggle to turn the wheel. It happens in the same spot each time; Do I need to replace the drivers side arm?? I have no power steering fluid loss; the ball joints looked good,
