Need help! Urgent! With tranny pull

I'm pulling a tranny on a 95 ta 6-speed. I'm pulling it off the bellhousing first, and I have everything apart. It's an inch or so from the bellhousing and won't budge. I already disengaged the clutch fork by pulling back towards the rear before I even started taking off the bolts to the bellhousing. Is there something else I need to do, or just give it all hell? Thanks fellas!

Edit:

Ok, the clutch fork looks like it's still attached, even though I pulled it back to disengage it? Where the input shaft goes in, theres a lip and the end of the fork is on that. Did I not disengage it? Please someone help soon, my brother is supporting the tranny with a floor jack!

The clutch fork pulls back about 2 - 3". It should be flopping around when you have it all the way disengaged. Try pulling it towards the driver's side.
