Prothane vs Polyurthane??? Tranny Mount

Are they the same things?

If not, would I get just as much vibrations with a Prothane Tranny Mount as I would with a Polyurthane?

prothane is a company that makes parts. They do use polyurethane for their mounts. Polyurethane is the material.

I put one in and had a huge amount of vibrations, like a bent driveshaft. Changed out from the (company remain nameless) 2400 TC to another companies(just wanted a higher stall) and now i have less vibration than i did when it was stock. just my experiance. But yes prothane mounts are polyurethane
