pro 5.0 vs. hurst billet plus

I've been reading up on old threads i found on the search about the pro 5.0's. both good and bad are found, as usual. my car has the gurst billet plus in it. i love the stick height (i hate the looks of short sticks) and the shifter has much shorter throws than stock, but i'm not sure i like the way it feels going into the gates. I was wondering if anyone has been able to compare the two. Is it worth it for me to try the pro 5.0? I've always heard they were the best, but I'm not sure its worth it. the billet plus does have adjustible stops in it already and it has a nice throw. i'm just not sure about the gate accuracy...especially going 2-3. the shifter pulls to center pefectly, but it seems like my 3rd gear gate is small.
