Power lock vs Tru track in s60?

I called Summit today they said the s60 comes with a POWER LOCK, what is the difference from that to a Tru track... My car is a street car so I guess I need the tru track...

I think "power_lock" is a trade name of Dana Corp. They have a diff that has a spring lock inertial trigger device. But, I do have a Moser 12 with a tru_trac 33 spline axle. Great for the street, and, has good torque bias ability for a road type corner car. B.
