Polyurethane Transmission Mount?

Well I got the Energy Suspension transmission mount ENS-3-1108G.
I put it in today and no problems.
Only thing was it was not lineing up right.
I had to keep everything loose till I bolted up the cross member.
Then tighten everything down no problems with it at all.
It was the same hight untill I bolted it down then I lost a little hight.
But it seams ok to me know vibration that I can feal.
