PLEASE HELP - Built 4L60e pops out of gear at WOT

Readers digest version . . .
I just had a H/C, Moser and a built 4L60e with PYE3600 installed in my TA along with all of the other goodies and dyno tune. Everything was fine for about 100 miles, and then at WOT it will pop out of gear and hit the rev limiter. I could be at a dead stop, make it to about 25MPH and then it pops or I could be cruzing at 50, go WOT and it downshifts then pops out of gear.
The trans was replaced under warranty by the vendor, but the same issue keeps happening. I have been working with the trans manufacture (they even came up to Illinois to specifically work on my issue) and we are all still at a loss. It was suggested that we could have a tuning issue, but my shop really does not agree with that.

Anybody have any other suggestions? Could the TC be bad out of the box? Still does not make sense why it ran fine with both new trans, then after 100-150 miles I started having problems again.

I brought my car out in April, its now August and I only put 3K miles on it this year. Its spent over 8 weeks already in the shop and I no longer have a second car until end of Oct. So I need to get this fixed ASAP.

i didnt think a A4 can pop out of gear.

Do u mean its sliping? CAr revs but u arent going anywhere?
Check your tranny fluid and see if it smells burnt.
Sound like one of the clutch packs is fried.

it pops/slips from 1st to 4th at WOT. Trans fluid is fine, not burnt at all. this is the second built trans in less than 300 miles

I,d get me a better builder.
Its been my expeience that you really have to find someone who knows what they are doing with these trannies.
I am no technical wizard but make sure all your solenoids and elecrical parts are good first.
