pass wheel movement along with clunking noise

Hey guys. I have a 97 ws6. Automatic. I've seen the many threads of clunking in the rear end while driving forward on a slow turn. The sharper the turn the more pronounced. Well I have that, plus i had a friend tell me that each time the clunk would happen, my rear passenger wheel would vibrate/move along with the clunk sound and this is usually in reverse on a turn. Plus a bit of a grinding type of sound when in reverse, no turning. This all usually happens when car is warmed up. Any ideas? Bent axle? Bad rearend? There is also a whine to accompany this while driving forward and turning
