A year??? Are you serious??? Man you need to be on your way to wherever he is and just demand that he gives your money and transmission back.

 

well ill tell everyone in this thread that i had a unit from him new that didnt have 1st gear...i sent it back maybe may of 08 and he had it back to me exactly 6 months later...thats the last business ive done wth him until mine broke in january

 

For the record...

We gave CPT a chance to make good on the situation. While that was in process, it was agreed that all CPT advertising and sales activity was to be suspended until all situations can be righted. As that clearly has not happened, CPT has not been active from that point.

We appreciate receiving concern from an upstanding legitimate business. We have an open spot where CPT's support of this site was. Yep hes had mine since July... and as usual there is no way to talk to the guy....

 

I got mine back from him, I drove almost 8 hours each way but I got it and it seems to be working very well

 

If the guy is finished here and ignoring people who's given him money and transmissions then why doesn't someone remove his sticky thread titled "Why we don't hp rate our transmissions"??? Its obvious that his business is finished...

 

Im persuing legal action against frank at this time so if anyone wants to join
up with me that will make our cases that much stronger . PM me if interested .
