Ouch....pulling 700r4 from 91 vette..bad pressures

Check it out fellas.

COLD TRANNY FLUID PRESSURES

90PSI ...... park and neautral
75psi........ initial reverse, then bounces right back up to
90PSI....... Reverse

put it in Drive, and it hesitates for about 3 to 4 seconds, then slowly slips into gear....

D1...... 67psi
D2...... 67psi
D3...... 70psi
D4...... 83 psi with no transfer to the rear wheels.

The warmer/hotter it gets, the worse it gets.

As I rev it up, the pressure goes down.....?

HOT TRANNY FLUID PRESSURES

Reverse.......50psi

Went straight to Manual 1st, about 3 second delay, then tranny engages.

1st with brake applied............45psi
2nd with brake applied............45psi
3rd with brake applied............49 psi
4th with brake applied............65 psi no transfer

1st no brakes.........50psi
2nd no brakes.........75psi
3rd no brakes..........88psi
4th no brakes..........69 psi

All of these numbers is with a transgo shift kit, so of course the pressures should be higher than in it's stock form.

I'm ordering a pump and new converter (not needed, but it's there, so why not) tommorow.

Just info fellas, hopefully this will help someone else.
