ok im an idiot...i was just racing and i went from 3rd to second very quickly and hit the clutch car didnt die or over rev but the clutch petal is vibrating and it grinds going into gear...and at stop lights the car still moves with the clutch petal in...so what did i break or bend?
stock clutch stock car...

 

possible syncro damage and throwout bearing not fully disengaging.

 

how would it be syncro damage in every gear if i only shifted to second...i didnt miss any gear....i just went into 2nd instead of 4th...which means 2nd was prolly going 8000 rpm when i dumped it from 5500 in 3rd to 8000 or so in 2nd, it locked the rear and i hit the clutc quick...could i have bent the clutch fork? or messed up the throught bearing or clutch?

well i just pulled the slave cylinder...and i think about half the clutch fell out...i hope thats it...im goana pull te rest tomaro

 

I mentioned the syncro becuase you stated that it grinds going into gear, but it sounds like you found the problem.

i actually did the same thing a while back
i was showing off the car to my dad on the highway and i was around 4500 in 3rd and accidentally went to 2nd, shot up to around 7grand, my clutch feels fine, i dont hurt my car like that anymore

by the way, i'm guessing this isnt the 94 z28 automatic

I did almost the same thing in my old car a year ago. I was racing before i had my pro 5.0 and ended up going from second back up to first. The 10 bolt was no more...

 

PRO 5.0 with Lou's short stick and you're problems will be solved.
