noise anyone else have and fix?

Ok trying to figure out my transmission problem... i have a weird noise when shifting gears... not really grinding but its bad.. you can feel it in the stick and the clutch pedal. Now when i shift from first to second and normal shifting speeding it makes the noise, but if i go from first, let it sit in neutral for maybe 1-2 seconds then shift absolutely never makes the noise.

I just had the tranny rebuilt and i really dont want it to be syncros. Someone please tell me the clutch assembly could cause a noise/feel like this. And what i mean by not a grind.. its not a high pitch metal metal grind its more like a bass rumble grind...

Mine does it to, havent figured it out, only in the first or second gears, and only downshifting, if put in either @ a stop no noise and as soon as i touch the gas it goes away, something on tha shaft, what i havent figured out, so if ne1 has ideas, let us know.

Don
p.s. didnt mean to hg ur post or nething, just didnt wana clutter form
