I have a 94 z28 camaro with a 4l60e. The problem is The car go in first fine but it wont shift again tell about 3200rpm when driving normally but it shifts in to third gear second is gone. It shifts in fourth fine. I changed the fluid and filter still no second gear. When I punch the gas it wont shift out of 1st tell i let off and the rpms drop then goes to third. It wont down shift form 3rd to 2nd either it just like 2nd is gone. But it will shift form 4th to 3rd fine at higher speeds. Do you think the clutches are burned out in second. I am pulling the tranny out on sunday. What else could it be? Thanks for the help.

I would say there is and issue with the 2-4 band or second servo .

 

I have the same problem............... it is a 1994 V6 Camaro.
