No oil pumping to top of engine

I am buying a Z28 from a guy that has no oil pumping to the top of the engine. He started it for me and it sounded great but didn't see any oil in the valve cover. Anyone else had this problem? The oil pressure gauge doesn't work, according to him. Thanks for any help.

Re: No oil pumping to top of engine

"Drivetrain" is for the trans, driveshaft, rear axle. You already have this in LT1 Based Engine Tech, where it belongs.
