No OD after Transgo install? Anyone have this happen?

I recently installed a PI Vigilante, Transgo shift kit and the B&M trans cooler and have no over drive.

Everything else works great but it wont shift into Over Drive. Moving the shifter manually has no effect.

Anyone have this happen before?

Im talking to the Transgo Tech and the next move is to pull the valve body to double check the paper gaskets and passage way to the 4th gear valve.

Just curious if this is a common occurrance or a fluk.

Thanks for any input.
