Question Need a quick rundown on how to replace rear main seal please...

I'm doing a header/exhaust swap from my '95Z to my '94TA, and along with that, I'm replacing the rear seal, as it's leaking like a siv.

I intend to do this over this weekend, and really need to know the steps to save time as much as possible, preferable advice from someone who has done this before with success the first time around.

The car is a '94 Trans Am, 4L60E Auto transmission.

I will have access to a lift etc, and am hoping this is a 1-day job, especially due to cost etc. of my big tube swap on the Z28.

Thanks!
