Is the rear tranny mount for the 4L60 and the M6 the same?

Yes.

EDIT: Wait... By "rear" Do you mean torque arm mount? If so then no they are different. But the mounts that supports the tranny itself are the same.

Re: NEED QUICK ANSWER on tranny mounts

I'm ordering the B&M Racing Rear Transmission Mount. Is this a good one, or would I be better buying one made by Energy Suspension?

I have a poly mount. Not familiar with the B&M one.

Re: NEED QUICK ANSWER on tranny mounts

There is only one mount for both an A4 and M6. They are the same, just like the torque arm bushing. I never heard of a B&M mount, but I have used a Polyurethane mount with my A4 in the past and it worked great. Didn't work well with the M6s I had. I would try a Prothane mount.
