need a part # please

I'm putting a carbed non computer controlled engine in my 86 z28 but want to keep the 700 r4. I'm going to make a 4th gear lock up switch and need the part # for a 2 wire torque converter clutch solenoid (not the 1 wire self grounding one). Or if anyone has one that works and wants to get rid of it lemme know. Thanks!

... i'd look at B&Ms kit for manual lockup control or find the montecarloss.com article on it

i dont think you need to hack the solenoid up...

Re: need a part # please

Actually it's really easy to make it lock up the way I'm doing it. All I need to do is get that right solenoid, th400 single blade connector $3.70, and a new hobbs switch (normally open/pressure closed) $3.70. Hook the black wire on the solenoid to the hobbs switch and the red wire to the th400 connector and it's done It's a LOT cheaper then the b&m one. But some of the 700's came with the 1 wire one (like mine), and most with the 2 wire one, and if I used the 1 wire it's self grounding and will lock up in 2nd gear without a PCM.
