Question Need opinions on what the best quality lifter is for stock cam ...one has gone bad

Yip, at a mere 44K miles one of my lifters has collapsed....kinda sad. Some say Comp R's, some say stock, some say Crane (isn't stock basically Crane though?). Just want some opinions and if someone happens to know where's there's a good deal on them that would be a plus. Thanks

thanks ...geez, though...only one reply? OK, I'm NOT spending $500 on lifters. So should I go with stock, regular Crane lifters, or Comp replacement, or Comp R's?

Help.

I'm not trying to be a smartass, but you might get more responses in the LT1 tech section.

Agreed.

How about just replacing the one lifter with a new stock one?
