Need help with driveline vibration please...

Heres the situation. I have a vibration that seems to increase with mph starting from about 55 and gets really pronounced at 80 mph and above. So I did some testing today in the garage on jackstands. rear tires off and rotors still bolted on. I run it up over 80mph and vibration is still there in any gear (6spd Z28 by the way) although it's more noticable in the lower gears cause the engine isn't screaming. I swapped from my aluminium shaft back to my factory steel one and no change. So, I then ran it without the driveshaft. The vibration was dramatically decreased and I would say possibly gone. There was some slight vibration, but i'm thinking it could be atributed to engine/tranny and it was very little, even in the high mph. All the vibration is felt seat of the pants. So could I possibly have a bent rear axle or out of balance axle, or could my problem be in the rear end (factory 10 bolt with motive 4:10's by the way)? Or am I missing something? Any help, input and or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Maybe the rear axle, I had a similar problem that was cleared up by changing the worn out pan hard bar bushings. I think your problem my be more servere then mine.
