Moser Rearend and Brakes for a thirdgen???

I was just talking with Moser engineering about their "bolt in" 12 bolt for the thirdgen. I told them my GTA came from the factory with disc brakes, to which he replied they won't work on a Moser rearend. Apparently the calipers wont bolt up.

So my question is what do I do?? It is as simple as ordering 4th gen calipers, pads, and rotors to put on the Moser? Or do I need to order a certain bracket for the brakes? Someone one here must have encountered this before.

Please help!

Check with Strange. The show the narrower 3rd Gen 12-bolt dimensions for both disc brake and drum brake cars. Not sure what end plates they use, though.

I have a Moser 9" with the stock calipers. It was a few years ago but I remember having to bore out the center hole in the back plate to fit the larger bearing and also drillining a new pattern in the back plate. When I got my 9" from Moser it came with a template on how to do it. But when I called Moser the tech guy didn't even know the template existed. So with that being said if you call Moser ask for somebody that has been there longer than say 5 years. Ask them if they have a folder or Binder that they keep all their Master Manuals in and I'll bet you the farm they'll stumble over a template for the 82-92 camaro with disc brakes template.
