I just got a Moser 9" for very close to that price.....used of course . New I think they are more like $2500 or so complete. A 12 bolt would probably be fine for the power I have now but I couldnt pass up the deal on this one locally. I do feel a little more reassurance knowing this is one thing that I highly doubt I will ever break on the car no matter what I do with it. Nothing against 12 bolts at all but I have heard of some people still breaking them with an M6 and slicks, and I watched someone break theirs on a 11-10 sec M6 LS1 at the track earlier this year. I think youre probably never going to break a good 12 bolt with an auto. With an M6, a serious clutch and slicks I think there's always still that chance.
