Moser 12 bolt installed..problem

Just installed a moser 12bolt with 33 splined axels. Had the bearings, shim and backing plates all pressed on. Everything went so smoothly until now. I have everything installed, but the problem is the rear is making one hell of a whine. Not like normal gear whine.

It starts to whine when ever the car moves. Could be 1100 rpms and its very loud. So we aborted the break-in procedure. Double checked everything but it all seems fine. I have yet to open the cover and take a look inside yet. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Gear's are not set up right. I would drop cover and put some gear marking compound on the teeth and see what the pattern looks like. Post some pics and I'll try to help you out.

Yup, seem's to be an epidemic with Moser's labor. They must be setting them up by pinion depth and not pattern.
