More 4l60e shifting problems

More 4l60e shifting problems
I have installed a 97 4l60e into a 94 z28. Shifts great 1-2 then wont shift from 2-3 at wide open throttle. Does seam to shift fine at normal highway speeds.
Any advice will be appreciated.
