Midwest 3200 stall?

how good of a stall is this? I MIGHT buy it used from a guy that had it for 2 years and put 9k on it. its a 3200 midwest and he wants 300 for it is that a good price? also my car has 3.73's mac mids loudmouth and intake will this be to much stall for my car? Also will this kill my stock tranny with 75000 miles even if i get a cooler?

I have a Midwest 3000 stall and love it. That sounds like a good price if there is nothing wrong with it. I still have my stock tranny and it has not killed it yet.

there is a 103,7XX miles on my car. I have not had the converter very long so I would say around 500 miles. And, yeah, I did put a cooler on.
