Mcloed Adj Master Problems!!! Please help

ok lets start from begining got a single disk kevlar kit from thunder and had trans rebuilt, got a new 145 slave from local dealer and put it all in about month and a half ago. i adjusted the master to stock pedal heigth like they said to and all that and bleed it. Car would not go into gear so i bled more still nothing. Took trans back out, put in new slave again. So rebleed it all and this time adjusted the master as far out as it would go and low and behold it worked but still did had trouble getting into gear. So i bled it some more, same thing didnt want to shift smooth like it is suppose to. So ordered a power bleeder from motive. Got it bleed no air period. Car shifted perfect for a day then went back to way iut use to be. SOme time it will shift good sometimes it will be a bitch. Engages like right off the floor and when u first push in the clutch there is no pressure for liike the first inch or two. But sometimes there will be pressure right off the bat and shift fine. Usually not though, I think it is a bad master mcloed says no bleed more. Also is there spose to be a hole at top of master resevoir cap and if the hose from resivoir to master is not tight enough would this cause the problem. Thanks PLease need your guys help have the spray installed now and am not going to use it till it shift fine.
