Exclamation Mcleod Street Twin: difference between old and new ones?

I just purchased a Mcleod Street Twin that is probably 3-5 years old. Is there anything that I need to look for or look out on this thing? It is brand new, but never installed, and came with the adjustable master cylinder that is the same age.

Basically, is there any additional info I need to be aware of, or any problems with them?

Before I know it Spring will be here and I will want to install this thing, so I dont want any suprises.

I already plan to balance the whole unit to my stock flywheel when I get it off... anything else??

Thanks!!!
Cody

Not sure what you mean by balancing it with your flywheel? The street twin is a complete unit flywheel, disc, pressure plates ect. You have to make sure that you keep it just as it is, in that the washers/spacers, both disc, pressure plate all need to go on exactly as you take it apart.

Yup, I know you put it back together the way it is. But, my motor isn't stock, and as such I want to make sure it is balanced perfectly with the old flywheel, as I dont want vibrations to destroy my bearings. Do you know what I mean? I have too much money into this car to let an unbalanced clutch assembly tear it apart at high RPMS.

Also, back to the original question, I remember people were shredding their input shafts with the street twin, so that is what prompted this thread.
