I personally had issues with a DTS built 12 bolt. Blew it to kingdom come on the first launch. If you're launching hard, a well built 9" is the only way to go.

Sorry to hear about your problems with Strange but I brought an S60 and had it installed and once it was broken in and the gear lube changed, I haven't had any problems with mine.

 

It's a New Version of the Moser 9'' and it now comes with abs so it looks to be the one to got but It's not cheap on the pockets though I custom built one and it came out to $4300 without shipping! Thats almost the price of 2 S60's

 

I thought I'd update this ancient thread because I got an email from the forum asking me to drop by haha.

Long story short Strange never made it better. The axle to this day is a worthless pile of iron.
