LT1 Torque converter the same as an LS1 TC?
is the torque converter in the LT1 cars the same as used in the LS1 cars?

so maybe I'm thinking of this. Is the Lt1's Torque converter the same as a 700-r4's?

No, i believe the input shaft is different.

ur right on the pre 1985 they were 27spine but the ones after 1985 are 30 and will for on a 4l60e

I'm using the same converter I was using in my 700R4 before. (93 model 700)

I adapted a 2000 LS1s 4L60E to an LT1 and the converter is completely different.
