Does anyone know the part # for the LT1 throw-out bearing? The dealership wants $140 for one, I might as well get a new pressure plate for that price.

 

Oh yeah, and would a rattling noise coming from the transmission only at idle and in neutral be a bad throwout bearing? The noise goes away when I push the clutch in and the clutch completly disengages. Or is that just the internals of the transmission rattling around?
