Ok im doing A Stroker Motor with a blower. Im gona be runing a spec Stage 4 clutch. Whould it be alright to just use a stock fly wheel(balanced to my setup) Whould it hold the power???????

If it is in good condition, you won't have any problems with the stock flywheel.

 

The stock flywheel is about as beefy as it gets. The main reason for the aftermarket ones is their weight savings. Although the stock one is heavy, it will store the most inertia and hold up the best (provided it is in good condition).
