lsd or spool

I ran at the track the other day best time was a 13.77 @ 100.37 and 2.13 60 foot on hoosier dirt track tires (wanted to try them ) any way would like to do better, I am goin to get slicks and maybe a spool? but with a stock 10 bolt with (4.10s) if I run a spool with a hard drop will I have problems??

What's wrong with your limited slip diff? Should provide decent traction with the mods you have outlined. A spool is going to make it very difficult to drive on the street.... unless you enjoy people staring at you as you try and maneuver into a parking space, with the tires chattering and squealing. Can also be deadly in turns in the wet.... too much throttle and its going to break on of the tires loose.
