L65 and PCM issues

L65 and PCM issues
I was wondering if I install a L65 in place of my L60 will there be in need of reprogramming the shift points or line pressure numbers in my PCM? I ran across a L65 for $1800; the shops around where I live are asking $1600 for a rebuilt. So I figure that I can drop an extra $200 plus labor for a better, newer, stronger transmission.
